Welcome to our Paper Piecing workshop at ACE Sewing and Vacuum in Tigard, Oregon
Starts January 26th and each 2nd and 4th Monday for the balance of the year.

Sewing machine in good working order - bring manual if you have it for machine help if needed.
Sewing machine needles size 90/14
Book by Carol Doak "60 Fabulous Stars"
Carol doak paper (news print weight)
Ad on ruler is bery helpful - or - postcard or cardstock to fold paper back to trim 1/4"
Paper tape for repairs to patterns
6x12" ruler
Rotary cutter and mat
Thread 50 weight
Tweezers are very helpul for pulling out bits of paper
Block Size - Page 6 of the book gives details for various block sizes. Make 4 copies per block.
Fabric - Most of the block can be completed with fat quarters. If you do a block a week you will have 52+ by December 2026.
