30-day return policy. You must submit a return request within 30 days of purchasing or ordering an item you wish to return. Whichever is longer.

Return elegibility. The item must be in the same condition as it was when purchased, unused, and in its original packaging. Will also require proof of purchase as/in receipt or other acceptable documentation.

Initiating the return process. Contact Ace Sewing & Vacuum at within 30 days of purchase or order date. If return meets requirements, you'll receive an RMA number and a return shipping label, and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or without a RMA number will not be accepted. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee (25%) and/or finance charges if applicable.

Damages and shipping issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as; software (design disks or packs, embroidery programs, and machine upgrades), custom products (such as inserts, cabinets and furniture, extension tables or personalized items), used or refurbished products, items purchased using Synchrony Financing (Bernina, Sewing and More Financing) or any item not containing all original packaging including UPC, shipping foam, manuals and included accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. It is always best to reach out to us before making your purchase.
Gift cards and purchases made with a gift cards or other special forms of payment cannot be returned.

Ace Sewing & Vacuum has a 60 day exchange policy. We guarantee your initial full purchase amount towards the purchase of any new sewing machine, serger, or vacuum cleaner, of equal or greater value, within 60 days of initial purchase. The exchanged item must include all original packaging, accessories, and any additional bundle items to receive full credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All items sent with FREE shipping will have the shipping charge subtracted from the refund amount; as well as the retail price of all items included with purchase that are non-returnable. ie. Designs, software, inserts, etc. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
